[ What we do on the day ]

A clean, methodical install

  1. 01

    Pick the position

We check viewing angles, glare and seating position, then set the screen height so it's comfortable to watch from where you actually sit — not just where the studs happen to be.

  2. 02

Match the bracket to the wall

Fixed, tilt or full-motion bracket, rated well above your TV's weight, with the correct fixings for double-brick, brick veneer, stud or rendered walls.

  3. 03

    Mount it level & secure

The bracket goes into solid fixing points, the TV is hung and levelled, and we load-check it before anything is connected.

  4. 04

    Connect, test & tidy

We connect your devices, check the picture, tidy the cabling, clean up the workspace and take the packaging away. Backed by our 12-month workmanship warranty.

Add-ons, quoted separately

Not included in the base price — tell us what you want and we'll price it with the job.

In-wall cable concealment

Power and HDMI run inside the wall to an outlet behind the screen, so nothing is visible. Straightforward on a cavity wall, where the cable drops down inside the cavity. A solid internal wall has no cavity, so it needs either surface ducting (a slim channel that can be painted to match) or the cable chased into the wall and patched — more work, so it's priced accordingly.

New power point behind the TV

If there's no outlet where the screen goes, we can arrange a proper power point behind it rather than running a lead down the wall.

Above-fireplace & feature walls

Higher mounts over brick, render or a fireplace need extra care with tilt and heat clearance, so they're priced separately.

Soundbar mounting

Soundbar mounted and aligned under the screen, connected and tested with the TV.

[ Why it matters here ]

Built for Perth conditions

Built for WA brick walls

Most Perth homes are double-brick or brick veneer, and a TV bracket is only as safe as its fixings. Masonry needs the right anchors — plugs meant for plasterboard will pull straight out of render or crumble old brick. We match the fixing to the wall so a heavy screen stays exactly where it should.

Concealed cabling — worth asking about

A TV with leads trailing down the wall looks unfinished no matter how good the screen is. Running the power and HDMI inside the wall to an outlet behind the TV is what makes it look built-in. It's an add-on rather than part of the base mount, because the work varies a lot with wall type — but it's the upgrade most people are glad they took.

Common questions

How much does TV wall mounting cost in Perth?

The base mount depends on your wall type and TV size. Optional extras — concealing the cabling in the wall, a new power point behind the screen, an above-fireplace mount or a soundbar — are quoted on top. We price it clearly up front so you know exactly what's included before we start.

Can you mount a TV on a double-brick or rendered wall?

Yes — it's the most common wall type in Perth and it makes for a rock-solid mount. We use the correct masonry anchors and an industry-rated bracket rated well above the TV's weight. Rendered and feature walls are no problem either.

Can you hide the cables in the wall?

Yes — it's our most popular add-on, quoted on top of the mount itself. On a cavity wall it's straightforward: the cable drops down inside the cavity to an outlet behind the screen. A solid internal wall has no cavity, so it needs either slim surface ducting (paintable to match the wall) or the cable chased in and the wall patched. We'll look at your wall and price the options when we quote.

How high should a wall-mounted TV be?

As a rule the centre of the screen sits at seated eye level — usually around 1.0–1.2m from the floor to the middle of the TV in a typical lounge. Above a fireplace it necessarily sits higher, so we tilt the bracket down to compensate. We set it for the way you actually use the room.

Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?

Yes, and it's a popular request. Two things matter: height (we tilt the screen down so you're not craning your neck) and heat (we check clearance above the heat source). We conceal the cabling through the wall for a clean finish.
