Burns Beach is a premium coastal pocket between Iluka and Mindarie, built out from the 2000s with larger two-storey homes, many positioned to make the most of the ocean views. It's a suburb where the finish matters — and where the salt air is unforgiving.

Homes here are predominantly double-brick, which is ideal for a TV mount — provided the right masonry anchors are used. We drill and fix into solid brick so even a large screen is rock-steady. If you want the cabling concealed inside the wall rather than tidied down it, that's an add-on we'll price with the mount.

Newer homes in the area often have a TV recess or a pre-nominated feature wall, which usually makes for a tidy install — though builders rarely leave enough cabling behind it, so we commonly add extra points at the same time.

Plenty of two-storey homes here want a screen mounted upstairs as well as in the main living area. We can handle both mounts in the one visit, which also keeps the cost down if you're adding cable concealment to either.
