TV Wall Mounting in Alkimos

Alkimos is one of Perth's newest coastal growth fronts, full of 2010s–2020s homes and brand-new estates near the beach. It combines new construction with direct coastal exposure — a distinctive double factor.

Homes here are predominantly double-brick, which is ideal for a TV mount — provided the right masonry anchors are used. We drill and fix into solid brick so even a large screen is rock-steady. If you want the cabling concealed inside the wall rather than tidied down it, that's an add-on we'll price with the mount.

Newer homes in the area often have a TV recess or a pre-nominated feature wall, which usually makes for a tidy install — though builders rarely leave enough cabling behind it, so we commonly add extra points at the same time.

Plenty of two-storey homes here want a screen mounted upstairs as well as in the main living area. We can handle both mounts in the one visit, which also keeps the cost down if you're adding cable concealment to either.

Being close to the coast, we also keep an eye on anything mounted near open windows or alfresco areas — salt air is hard on connections, so outdoor-adjacent screens need suitable hardware and properly sealed terminations.
